That's a good point Carl, but I'm not so sure. I counted seven(7) dishes that are vegan right out of the gate, and another eleven(11) that could be made vegan with very little difficulty. Are you aware of the easy veg/vegan swap-outs that you can do? Let me know if you want some ideas. I'll be happier than happy to help.
